Glasgow Science Centre is launching a programme of thought provoking and inspiring resources in the run up to the United Nations Climate Change conference rescheduled for November 2021 (COP26).
The programme (link below) is called OUR WORLD, OUR IMPACT and resources are based around the following themes:
*Our Planet* *Climate Justice * *Energy, transport and travel * * Food* *Green Futures*
To ensure relevance, accessibility and inclusion of the communities and partners GSC already connect with and those they hope to connect with, GSC would like to invite you and people from the communities you work with to join an online focus group to discuss activities you are offering already linked to the above themes, how you might use the existing resources and what resources or training linked to the Our World, Our Impact themes you might would find helpful in the lead up to COP26 next year.
If you would be interested in training for CLD practitioners around these topics in the future please let GSC know too.
GSC have a few focus group dates available November 10th and 17th 10.30am-12pm and November 19th 1pm-2.30pm. Please contact GSC to discuss these or potentially other dates.
GSC would like to offer participants a science centre pass as a thank you for their thoughts and time.
